Customer portal
Are you a customer of OMV GAS? Then you will have access to our customer portal. Here, you can view invoices and the status of the payments, edit your data, download consumption data and view contract information.
The OMV GAS customer portal grants access to all information, data and documents that you need when purchasing natural gas. It goes without saying that personal service and support are top priority. For this reason, we added your own OMV GAS key account manager to the customer portal, who is always at your service.
The customer portal contains the following information and functions:
Your contract data
- Easy access to all details of your contract
Your invoices & payments
- View and download all your OMV GAS invoices
- Check which invoices have been paid and which not
Your consumption data
- Round-the-clock access to your consumption data, which you can download and adjust with a filter if necessary
Security
Obviously, your data will be protected well. The customer portal complies with the strictest security standards. Your data is encrypted and only authorized persons can get access to the customer portal.
